Terms of Use

Be decent. That’s most of it.

Version 2026-08-20 — last updated August 20, 2026

TinyDecision is provided by Nicolas Demanez, trading as Another Agence ([POSTAL ADDRESS TO BE ADDED], say@anotheragence.com). Using the app means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

You write a question, add between two and eight options, and the app picks one at random. You can do this alone or in a group with other people. It is a toy for settling small choices. It is not advice, and you should not use it for decisions that matter — medical, legal, financial, or anything involving someone’s safety.

The app creates an anonymous account for you at first launch so nothing is asked of you up front. You can later connect it to an Apple ID or an email address, which is required for groups and for syncing between devices. You are responsible for what happens through your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.

Questions, options, display names, group names and photos are yours. You keep ownership. You grant us only the permission needed to store your content and show it to the people you have chosen to share it with.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on TinyDecision. You may not post, share, or send anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative of children, violent, defamatory, or that impersonates someone else — and you may not use the app to abuse, stalk, or intimidate another person.

Every piece of shared content can be reported from inside the app, and every member can be blocked. Reports are reviewed and acted on, and content that breaks this rule is removed. Accounts that break it may be suspended or removed without notice and without a refund.

New devices get 30 days of unlimited decisions, groups and themes at no cost. No payment details are collected and nothing converts into a charge when it ends. After that, one decision a day stays free for as long as you keep the app.

The 30 days are counted per device and per account. Deleting your account, or deleting and reinstalling the app, does not start a new period.

$5.99 / year unlocks unlimited decisions, groups, and every theme. It renews automatically each year until you cancel. Payment is taken by Apple through your App Store account, and cancellation is done in your Apple subscription settings — not here, and not by writing to us, because only you can change it.

Deleting your TinyDecision account does not cancel an active subscription. If you want both gone, cancel with Apple as well.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal, are not affected by anything written here.

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, whether or not you have signed in. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we have to for legal or security reasons. If we stop offering the app, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the outcome the ball produces is random — it carries no meaning and no guarantee. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and consumer rights that apply to you always survive.

If these terms change materially we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept the new version. The version you accepted is recorded against your profile. These terms are governed by Belgian law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
